One of the most popular food of this region is Italian pasta.It is the staple food of Italy and has won the hearts of many food lovers of many countries.

Our team members who are very adventurous and keen on experimenting with the food ,bring their rich experience of the culinary style of various countries to prepare this special pasta and present it to the Indian food lovers.It is presented in a sophisticated style to our elite customers.

India has been always a land of diverse cultures where one can satisfy their taste buds with varieties of cuisines.Pasta street is here to present the pasta in an unique way to the Indian customers by maintaining the authenticity of the food.One can feel the ambience of Italy at our place , enjoy and have fun with their friends and family members. The tag line of Fresh, Fast, Fun states the “"Mamma mia" of joy in truly an Italian style.The services offered are dine-In, delivery and takeaways along with outdoor catering for corporate and various parties.

We first appointed an Italian chef to start the R&D in our set up kitchen. The operation got started and delivered its first menu on December 2011 from Indiranagar and finally the restaurant got started at Cunningham Road in July 2012.

We are backed by Glasshouse investment Limited an investment company from Jersey, United Kingdom and planning to expand to more cities like Delhi/NCR , Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad in the next few years.

Our mission is to keep satisfying our customers with the special Italian food and make them come back more to enjoy and relish the food again at our restaurant.For this , feedback of our each and every customer is taken on their overall experience so that it can be used to improve our service and food quality as per their requirements.

The chefs at “Pasta street” who are experts in the Italian style of cooking are also trained to understand the Indian customer’s requirements so that they can present the Italian food in a manner that impresses the Indian customers and bring a “wow” factor about the dish.

About Our Story

Pasta Street journey started in the year of 2011 in Bangalore city ,when a group of food entrepreneurs sprung up with an idea to bring authentic Italian food on to the Indian plates.The name “Pasta street” was thought of as the majority of the Italians enjoy their meal at outdoor seating on the streets of Italy.So the name “Pasta street” perfectly aligns with our dream of serving delicious authentic Italian food in truly Italian style.

Just like India, Italy is a very young country – just over 150 years old in fact. Regionally speaking, however, Italy is very old. Before becoming a country, Italy was divided into kingdoms, princedoms, republics, dukedoms and Papal areas, none of which had much to do with each other (remind you of anywhere?).

To understand Italian cooking you must first understand that today there are twenty distinct regions with unique dietary preferences and local recipes, developed through centuries of historical division and turmoil. While internationally favoured foods and cooking techniques have been integrated into these traditions, foreigners are constantly amazed by the diversity of Italian cuisine when traveling from region to region.

As modern technology brings the whole world closer together, there is blurring of the lines between the regions and foods such as Pizza, once only found in Naples, can be found across Italy. There are areas in northern Italy where rice and polenta are the staple starches but pasta can be found everywhere either on its own with sauces or wrapped around flavourful fillings to make ravioli or tortellini.

While modern Italian regional cooking is notably diverse, what all of the regions have in common is a devotion to high quality ingredients. Rather than serving elaborate dishes, each recipe can feature as few as four ingredients allowing the flavour to shine through thanks to uncomplicated elegance. This is one reason for the international popularity of Italian food – a truly global cuisine.

The quickest way to discover and fall in love with Italian food is at the table and Italian cuisine prides itself on simple, delicious, combinations of the finest, freshest ingredients available. So it is at Pasta Street. Our consultant chef has developed a menu of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes rooted in authenticity and complemented with a fine wine list that is capable of transporting you around Italy from the mountains and forests of Trentino through the rolling hills of Tuscany to, perhaps, a small bay on the Italian Rivera. All you have to do is enjoy. Come and taste the difference in our food at one of our restaurants soon.
